AI makes the drawings, the architect makes the rules
As generative tools pour out drawings and forms, the architect's place becomes clearer. Among countless options, it is judgement that decides what is right: reading the context, understanding the lives of those who will live there, and telling a good scheme from a bad one. These rules are what the architect really designs. WWA believes the future of the architect lies not in drawing but in setting the rules.
A system for bringing dead space back to life
Populations are shrinking and vacant houses are multiplying. Emptying homes, ageing buildings and abandoned narrow plots are not isolated stories but a structural phenomenon. Going beyond repairing these dead spaces one at a time, WWA Lab studies how regeneration can be treated as a repeatable system.
